| Adopt a Waiting Child | |
Two sweet boys are waiting for you to welcome them in to your family. Each boy needs a bit more love and attention for a special need, but is ready to blossom. They are waiting for adoption in an Eastern European country. Pictures and medical information are available on each boy for families who are interested.
EE-40A This little boy is 3 years old and he was born prematurely. He is diagnosed with severe hearing loss in both ears and he is experiencing developmental delays. He has a hearing device and is able to hear. He is ready to be part of a forever family that will help him reach his full potential!
EE-26A This adorable boy just turned two years old. He is diagnosed with ichthyosis, which is a genetic skin disorder often notice by extremely dry and peeling skin. He enjoys playing with other children, building towers, and he follows instructions of his caregivers. Will you be his forever family?

| Gifts to Support Children! | |
In Honor donation cards are available year round. A $10 donation is suggested to help vulnerable children. You will receive a card to send stating a gift has been made in the recipient's name. You may also give memorials of loved family members or friends to CAS. To donate to CAS and receive one of the cards, please contact Cindi Rager. Please remember to tell us who the card is honoring or remembering.

Greetings!
The holidays are upon us. It is a wonderful time of year with friends and family. Please keep the children without homes and families in your hearts.
Important: The CAS website was experiencing some problems the week after Thanksgiving. If you made a payment online, donated, or applied, please contact Cindi to be sure we received your information.
Remember to use Good Shop and Good S earch while doing your holiday shopping. With each purchase or search they donate money to CAS. Just designate CAS as your charity. The staff at CAS loves receiving the family pictures during the holidays! Thanks for thinking of us!

Moldova: CAS hosts a delegation of officials. Bulgaria: A family receives a referral. Russia: This program continues to hum along. A great option for families interested in a young child. Mexico: CAS attends meetings with U.S. and Mexican officials. |
Fee & Form Changes 
USCIS Fee Changes: As of November 23, 2010 the fees for all immigration fillings have increased. The fees for I-800A/I-800 and I-600A/I-600 will increase to $720. Biometrics (fingerprinting) will increase to $85 and citizenship certificates will be $550. If you have any questions about the change of fees, you may contact your program coordinator or visit the USCIS website.
USCIS Form Changes: Please use the I-800A/I-600A forms with the effective date of November 24, 2010. Old forms will be accepted with the new fees. To download the new forms go to the USCIS website. |
